NRC have implemented the Raywood GPS system for great efficiencies. This has
been tried and tested in other large cities throughout the world. It
is proving itself in the Dublin area every day and for any driver who
is linked to it, our customers are experiencing greatly improved response
times. The in-car Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) unit ensures the telephone call
goes straight to the vehicle nearest the point of call. Within seconds the
call can be responded to, ensuring best use of the drivers time while meeting
customer needs.

e-Cab
e-Cab has been developed by Raywood Communications in conjunction
with National Radio Cabs to provide direct Internet access to taxi
booking services for our corporate account customers. You can now use
your computer to make taxi bookings quickly and efficiently
e-Cab uses the Internet to communicate directly with NRC's computer dispatch
system. Once you have entered a booking, it is automatically allocated
and dispatched to the next available NRC Taxi. After registering
the details of your pick-up point on-line, booking a taxi will then only take
seconds to complete. No longer will your valuable time be wasted on those occasions
that you might be kept waiting on the line for your call to be answered.
